Blake Makes - Chef Bradley BBQ Sauce

YAY! My BBQ Sauce has arrived!

I entered a contest on Blake Makes several weeks ago, and ended up being one of the lucky winners of a jar of Chef Bradley's Lean Mean BBQ Sauce!

Now -- what to make with this delicious concoction??? Anybody have any ideas for me? I'm totally open to suggestion! Just leave a comment with your ideas :-)

(As long as you keep in mind that I have no grill, nor a grill pan -- I know what you're thinking, how can I live?! haha)

Maybe you could cook some chicken, pork, or beef and just have BBQ sandwiches. Thats the only thing I can think of without a grill. Oh I just thought of something else. Put it on top of meatloaf. I use Kay's recipe of glazed meatloaf from kitchen scrapbook and use bbq sauce on top instead of the glaze on her recipe.(Only because its easier, her glaze recipe is awesome too)

I have started my own cooking blog franskitchen.blogspot.com

Hey Kelly, Chef Bradley here. Just got home from my day job
(Chef At A Hospital) and hwve been wanting to get back to you about what's happening. First off, thanks for all the kudos about may sauces. As for what Fran posted, my Sweet Zing sauce is the most versatile one and works with just about everything, grilled or not. Thanks again for the recipe and ideas and please keep in touch. Chef B
